Task
Develop a modern recruitment platform to hire GameDev specialists from around the world.
We designed a visual code that integrates the internal processes of the development studio with a clean and informative interface, free of excessive details.
From the outset, we immerse users in the gaming industry by providing a glimpse behind the scenes of a game developer’s profession.
We also highlight the company’s most popular and significant product, StandOff 2, to emphasise the studio’s scale of operations.
We enhanced the job search process by making it smarter. The system responds not only to tags but also to the first few input letters, suggesting options and searching for matches.
To make job descriptions more comprehensible, we divided them into seven groups, each personalised with an animation of a StandOff 2 character.
We introduced an emotional component into the standard job application procedure. Once the data are submitted, a character from the game appears on your screen.
