Task
The company aimed to accentuate the premium status of their housing developments, leading them to reconsider their positioning and corporate style. Our task was to transform the personal account space and integrate the new brand identity into the digital sector.
We spotlighted the latest residential developments on the home page, with a user-friendly filter for seamless exploration of housing options. Key achievements in figures, along with high rankings in industry ratings, effectively showcase the company’s scale and reliability.
Each residential development is treated as a mini-website with its own dedicated pages. These pages now feature comprehensive building descriptions, purchasing conditions, and housing benefits. Additionally, visitors now seamlessly purchase apartments, parking spaces, and storage units directly from the residential complex's section of the website.
To navigate through this wealth of information, we introduced a secondary level of navigation.
Picking suitable housing can be daunting. Hence, we introduced three selection methods on the apartment search page: based on the parameter, community plan, and a scheme. Visitors can also use a filter conveniently set on the side of their screen.
The apartment reviews are clear and simple—all the information is condensed into a compact page. Potential buyers can easily submit a purchase request for a selected unit or instantly book a unit through the website. They can also quickly calculate purchase terms, check out interior finishing options, and learn about the specific features of their chosen apartment.
Here, we curated and presented information about all available loan options. At the page's footer, a comprehensive calculator enables users to select suitable conditions effortlessly.
We completely revamped the ''About Us'' section, reorganising the information and distributing it across several pages. The traditional section has evolved into an animated promo page, providing insights into the developer’s history and achievements.

We decided to move from the Comfort class to Business. It referred not only to the premium looks of our new website but about increasing conversion in general.
