Сustomer Experience Improvement

We created a dark interface mode and completely redesigned the menu, expanding the space on the page. This was accomplished by reducing the sidebar area and reconfiguring text buttons and long elements into icons. Unnecessary components on the page no longer distract, making it easier to select the required options.

The workspace was redesigned to enable most operations to be performed on a single screen. We achieved this by dividing the left panel into 'Theme' and 'Prompt', and by combining common functions for both modes. Additionally, we enhanced the generation result viewing by adding a multi-menu: it is now possible to expand the history panel across the entire workspace.

Navigation has been optimized, simplifying interactions with systemic products. Now, users can immediately test the platform from the first screen. User’s account settings allow to hide and display system images if necessary.

Usability

We have made working with images more convenient. Now, photos do not distort when stretched, and there is no need to reset the result to start all over again. Any action can be undone and reverted to the previous one. The 'Correction' button allows for enhancing the image, and in advanced plans, it is possible to add a second product to the canvas.


The interaction with selected objects has been refined by adding controls. We simplified the grid and created a frame adjusting to the cropped image. Focus from the tooltips was shifted, with text inputs being incorporated in 'Prompt'. This will encourage users to experiment more with this field and independently create unique generations, likely boosting 24AI sales.


We moved the dropdown list for choosing sizes onto the canvas, which helps determine the shape of the image. For the upgraded plan, a custom field was implemented, allowing changes to the image size during generation.

From a Single Tool to an Ecosystem

We developed seven widgets from scratch and described each of them. The new design enhances product usability and integrates all functions and sub-services into a single system. Users can easily locate any tool and switch to another to accomplish their tasks.

Updated Gallery Features

We shortened the user journey by adding blinds that are activated when hovering over the image. These blinds help to identify the request on which the file was generated and quickly download, view the size, or share the image.

Image description window was also redesigned: we added recent pictures feed, reassembled information about generations, structured buttons and icons, and adapted the window for mobile devices. To speed up the user’s work, we introduced multi-select, allowing operations to be performed on several images at once.

Convenience in Details

On the mobile version, a fixed 'Go' button and an instant scroll-up button now appear when scrolling. Holding the 'Go' button allows selection of generation options, ranging from 1 to 10. The display of past generations has been restricted for business purposes, with a 'Show More' element added for expanded viewing.


Two new image processing options have been introduced: 'Edit' and 'Infographic'. The «Edit» format enables generation editing using AI tools, while the 'Infographic' format assists in designing the picture with external attributes.We also integrated reactions, so users can rate the finished image and help developers improve the neural network.

Device Adaptability

Rather than simply adapting the service for mobile devices, a full-fledged application has been created within the browser, making the neural network easily usable on any screen size. For screens 744 px and below, a tab bar mode is activated to simplify switching between interface sections.

New Registration Screen

The registration screen has been completely rebuilt to align with the client’s business processes and styled in the corporate identity for instant recognition. We also added a country selection input field, which will enhance the payment process.

Interactive Error Screen

We created several error pages with references to generations. Now, in case of malfunctions, a drop-down gallery screen appears which then becomes monochrome. Hovering over any frame displays the past generation with its error code, the lower frames appearing increasingly blurred. A brief text and a 'Home' button complement the screen.

The interactive error screen serves as native advertising for the service and a means to enhance user loyalty, even in unpleasant situations. It offers users the chance to explore successful generations from other users, providing inspiration for future creations.
