Task
We developed a service providing forecasts and statistics on the epidemiological situation associated with COVID‑19.
After the successful launch of the first version, its potential to offer data on various aspects of socio‑economic life became evident. In the latest release, we added a dark design theme, allowing users to choose a more comfortable way to study information.

Popular statistics
To minimise the time spent searching for data, we conducted a UX refactoring so that users can immediately access the necessary information. On the home page, users can explore current economic trends, view the latest research, and stay informed with the latest news.
The core concept of the service is its adaptability to user needs and the presentation of relevant content. Depending on geolocation and the search topics selected by visitors, the web service displays relevant statistics and research.
Visualization
A dynamic card was created for each type of statistic, displaying data based on the topics selected by the user.
In the updated version, we collaborated with the client to develop various types of graphs and information displays.
Diverse Data Insights
To cover a broader range of socio-economic areas, we integrated various types of information into the service, such as economic statistics, trend research, and investment indices, categorising them into sections.
Statistics
In this section, users can monitor the state of the country’s economy with minimal delay. It includes statistics on personal income and expenses, as well as business activity.
Research
The research section features insights from company’s analysts on economic trends, offering an interpretative view beyond the raw figures.
Investments
We developed a section with indices for systematic medium- and long-term investment planning, as well as tracking market positioning data.
Comprehensive Details
For each card, we implemented a page with more detailed information. Users are welcome to select a time interval, read about what the statistic impacts, and learn how the information is generated.
Users can also download a CSV file of the graphs and a detailed report with source data in PDF format for further research.
Dark Mode
Since the service is a crucial tool for many investors and analysts, we introduced a dark theme to improve user comfort. This mode not only makes studying information easier on the eyes but also enhances the visibility of various graphics and content.
