Make the mobile application of one of the largest banks in Central Asia an intuitive and convenient assistant for clients.
To save time, the user can log into the app using facial recognition or scan documents.
We added two types of hints to avoid confusion with the updates:
In the menu—about the main features;
In a tour format—helps to get oriented and quickly understand how the app is structured.
After logging in, the user is immediately taken to the section with their cards and accounts. It’s easy to keep track of the balance, quickly transfer money, or open a new product. Everything is at hand—without extra steps.
We added details referring to Kyrgyz culture: a yurt on the icon and a welcome screen with ornaments. This makes the app not only useful but also emotionally engaging.

The most necessary transfers are close at hand. Auto payments and templates are moved to the top, and the transfers themselves are divided into three clear categories: to oneself, to others, to companies. This helps quickly find the desired operation without wasting time searching.

The user can immediately see the balance on the card—in soms, rubles, dollars, or euros. It’s easy to track expenses and view the history in a clear and simple way.

There may be one card, but multiple accounts. We’ve linked them on one screen to make it easier for the user to manage funds in different currencies.

The payments section is made familiar and straightforward: transactions are displayed in a list with titles. It’s easy to find the right one and make a payment quickly.
